As-is service

Dignity Access is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Restroom and facility information comes from public research, community submissions, and ongoing verification. POI accuracy is not guaranteed. Always confirm conditions on arrival, especially in urgent situations.

Not medical advice

Dignity Access is a navigation and information tool. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

Dignity Pass subscription

Dignity Pass is a monthly subscription that auto-renews unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime in your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Bennett Apps LLC does not process refunds directly — refund requests follow the store's policies.

Eligibility

You must be 13 years of age or older to use Dignity Access.

Community contributions

Subscribers may submit corrections and new locations. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or harmful information. Bennett Apps LLC may remove or reject any submission at its discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bennett Apps LLC is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on map data, facility availability, or routing outcomes.
